Contemporary interventions to a 1904 period-home
For this remodel project to a large 1904 period home in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, we proposed a series of careful interventions to align the interior of the home with the contemporary tastes of our client. The design includes the insertion of a 3-story custom curved steel stair, a new kitchen, an enhanced indoor-outdoor connection between the living room and a new patio, and a generous new primary bedroom/bathroom suite that takes advantage of the views overlooking Volunteer Park.
