From pop-up to brick-and-mortar.

After eight years as a sourdough bread pop-up, Ben's Bread Co. opened it's doors in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle in the summer of 2023. RHA worked closely with the Owners to design a series of casework insertions that support customer interaction and baking within a common space. The casework incorporates seating, a coffee station, a custom pastry case and shelving for bread loaves, ovens, prep area, walk-in refrigerator, and a hot food cook line. A custom designed mosaic is incorporated in the floor at the entry, while also serving as a secondary logo.
