Project by Javier Sanchez Arquitectos w/ Hutchison & Maul Architecture
Condesa, Mexico City, Construction 2015
This urban multi-family residential project, led by Arquitecto Javier Sanchez, Principal of Mexico City based JSa, proposes a series of towers set behind two historic art deco homes located in the Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City. The towers are placed so as to save as many of the existing trees on site as possible. An open-air party pavilion situated along the street serves as an interface between the public street and private residences. A 60 foot tall Palm tree occupies the center of the pavilion.
