Iterations of Intervention.

Working closely with our clients, a husband (public artist) and wife (ER doctor), this project involves the remodel of, and addition to, a 1912 bungalow in the Maple Leaf neighborhood of Seattle. Of special importance to the artist was his being involved throughout the design process. To date we have developed 80 schemes that explore the formal and spatial qualities of the addition, while considering the cost and constructive implications to the project as a whole.
